Life-cycle Leadership

■ Overview
- to provide a leadership training for professional B·U·G WIST
- to empower B·U·G WIST through the training given by professionals, college professors, CEOs and incubate the area WIST with an aim of strengthening capabilities of the area WIST
- to offer a range of educations in human relationship, management of human resources and organizations, project management as well as leadership with a view to encouraging the WIST to grow as leaders in a society

■ Plans
- to strengthen competitiveness of local science and technology by upgrading empowerment and leadership of the WIST
- to smoothen and support the WIST's participation with an competitive edge in economic activities
- to form a group of mentors to next generation WIST through inter-generation feedback on empowerment and lay a foundation for awareness of a society about necessity of support for the promising group
- to make more accessible to exchanges of opinions and networking among professional WIST, which further contributes to strengthening competitiveness in local ST(science and technology)
