- to adjust an internship period for interns' efficient performance in a company
- to support and implement internship flexibly through cooperation with related organizations

- to assist local WIST in better performing at work and prepare for a job market
- to create an actual job opportunity and induce transference from irregulars into regular positions through follow-up evaluation, management and consultation with a company
- to lay a foundation of support by figuring out supply & demand and real HR openings in a company through topic-based group discussions
- to create a job opportunity through a city-oriented assessment and management for WIST with no job and an interrupted career, and expect synergy between research and local industries
